Sean is our Chief Executive Officer. For more than two decades, Sean has been a leader in developing innovative financing structures, sourcing new business, and developing business platforms. Sean oversees Vmo’s strategic direction and growth strategy, leading their implementation across the company’s different business lines. Sean joined Vmo from AerCap, where he was Executive Vice President and Head of the Americas, leading commercial operations and strategy in the region. Prior to AerCap, Sean was Director at Allco Aviation and Vice President at Banc of America Leasing & Capital. Sean holds a B.A from the University of California at San Diego and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
