Ardy is our Chief Financial Officer. With nearly two decades of experience in financial management, business leadership, corporate strategy, and organizational buildout, he oversees Vmo’s capital structure and finance function, including accounting, audit, tax, and treasury. Ardy joined Vmo from Castlelake where he led the buildout of the organization’s financing strategy and finance operations as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Castlelake, Ardy was Vice President and Controller at Air Lease Corporation and held finance and accounting roles with The Ryland Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ardy holds a B.S. from the University of California at Riverside.
