Will is our Chief Operating Officer. With nearly three decades of experience in the aircraft leasing industry, Will is responsible for Vmo’s day-to-day operations, including platform development, asset management, and technical operations. Will was a founding partner at Vx Capital Partners, where he oversaw marketing, technical, and operations. He led Vx’s investments in mid-life aircraft, with special emphasis on narrowbody freighter conversions and aircraft transitions. Prior to Vx, he was Vice President of Pegasus Aviation. Will holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
